New Residents

New Residents

Dear New Resident,

We’re pleased that you have made Harper’s Choice your choice for a place to live and raise your family. The Community Association’s primary responsibilities include providing information and referral services, advocating for our residents and upholding the Harper’s Choice Covenants. If you have any questions about Harper’s Choice, the Columbia Association, or Howard County, please contact us and we’ll answer what we can or refer you to another resource.

We hope that this website will help you navigate the complex world of Village, Columbia Association, and County matters. This site has been developed for Harper’s Choice owners and residents and is our way of sharing information and contacts gathered over the years, while assisting residents with their questions.

We hope you enjoy your new home and will visit us at Kahler Hall. Also, we encourage you to subscribe to our eNewsletter, which is produced weekly.  Click HERE to reach our homepage and subscribe!

If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 410-730-0770.

Sincerely,

The Staff at Harper’s Choice Community Association
