Following the devastating damage caused by flooding on Main Street, Ellicott City, County Executive Allan Kittleman will hold a session for residents, businesses, and property owners impacted by the storm. County agencies will be available to discuss “next steps”.
Here are some ways you can help:
– The Ellicott City Partnership will be receiving monetary donations for historic district businesses (www.HelpEllicottCity.com)
– The Community Action Council will be accepting food donations at the Howard County Food Bank (www.cac-hc.org)
– The Red Cross will be accepting donations for residents impacted by the flood, no details yet. (Twitter)

More than 180 vehicles have been towed to the Centennial High School parking lot. The County has reopened Centennial Park with hazardous areas blocked off, and the water main break on Main Street has been repaired.
