Block Party Grant Information

Block Party Grants for up to $50 are available to residents in Harper’s Choice. In order to receive your grant, you must submit a completed application and invitation list that includes EVERYONE on the street to HCCA in advance of the party. You can fax it to 410-730-8046, email it to us, or drop it off at Kahler Hall. You may download an application here. Streets are limited to one Block Party Grant per year. Exceptions can be made for very long streets at the discretion of HCCA. To be reimbursed, the party sponsor must present a receipt(s) upon conclusion of the party. Costs for alcoholic beverages will not be reimbursed.
