Facility Assistant

The Harper’s Choice Community Association (HCCA) at Kahler Hall has a job opening for part time Facility Assistant. The job is on-site at Kahler Hall, 24 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting clients and providing tours, advising clients of appropriate rental policies, promoting the venue through social media, routinely inspecting facilities and notifying supervisor of maintenance and repair needs, and providing general administrative assistance such as answering phones and filing.

Applicant must be highly organized, have proven ability to handle multiple tasks at one time, detail oriented, and possess strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.

The position reports to the Harper’s Choice Facility Manager.
