Bike to Work Day 2015

10580913_872799136123844_2265307932688547403_oThose who live and/or work in Howard County are encouraged to park their cars and and bike to work on Friday, May 15th as part of Bike to Work Day 2015. This annual event promotes a clean, fun, healthy way to commute and is part of our region’s Clean Commute Initiative.

All participants are invited to start their morning off with the Howard County Office of Transportation at Whole Foods in Columbia (10275 Little Patuxent Parkway) for a kickoff event from 7AM – 9AM. featuring food, drinks, raffle prizes and more. All participants will receive a free shirt. For more information or to register for this FREE event, visit www.bike2workcentralMD.com. Howard County’s Bike to Work Day will run in tandem with events taking place in Baltimore City and Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll and Harford counties.
